Have your local listing staged via an In-Person, Walk-and-Talk Consultation. Or use the power of the Internet (photos, video calls) to have the Consultation performed from a distance. Currently located in eastern Rhode Island, JSJ Design is happy to travel within a 25 mile radius. Further distances will require an additional travel fee.

- For every THREE (3) completed In-Person Consultations, the agent will earn ONE (1) FREE consultation.
- For every FOUR (4) completed Distance Consultations, the agent will earn ONE (1) FREE consultation.
Consultations can be paid for by the Listing Agent or the Seller.
Credit For referrals too
Receive a HALF CREDIT for each referral to a listing that results in a successfully completed Consultation. Referral credits will be valued at the “In-Person” loyalty rate. Meaning if you make 6 referrals that result in completed Staging Consultations, you will receive one free consultation to use on the listing of your choice.This applies to any agent, near or far!
